On August 10th , 2009 fellows of Cohort III celebrated Mallavva Ganiger’s (one of the fellow’s) birthday. Surprisingly none of the fellows remembered her birthday – including me and Sushmitha – her room mates. But when we realized that it was her birthday we left no stones unturned to make this day a very special one for her. Within no time a yummy cake was arranged and while she was cutting the cake we all sang for her wishing her a very happy birthday.
Cake was smeared all over her face. And guess who did the honors?????......undoubtedly me. In the she had tears rolling down her cheeks and we all felt satisfied that we could fill her day with happiness and joy.
